The calculators on this site work well in a browser, but a countdown you check every day deserves a home-screen widget — something only a real app can do. Pensora for iPhone keeps the same independent, source-cited numbers as the RMD calculator and theSocial Security break-even calculator, built into a widget you'll actually glance at every day.

When does the Pensora app launch?
Pensora for iPhone is in final testing and launching soon on the App Store. Leave your email below and we will send you one email the moment it is live — no spam, no other messages.
Will the Pensora app be free?
The retirement countdown, home-screen widget, and daily quote are free. A small set of premium calculators, like the full RMD and Social Security break-even tools, are planned as an optional upgrade. We have not set final pricing yet.
Is Pensora iPhone only?
Yes, for now. We are launching on iOS first. If there is enough demand we may build other platforms later, but nothing is scheduled yet.
Does the app need my Social Security number or bank login?
No. Pensora never asks for your Social Security number, National Insurance number, or any bank or account login — on the app or on this website. Your inputs, like your birth date and target retirement date, stay on your device.
Does the home-screen widget update every day?
Yes. The widget refreshes automatically each day so your days-remaining count and workday count are always current, without you having to open the app.
